- There are 2 vehicles included in the cost of your site (camping unit and car). All cars must have a car tag. Extra vehicles will be charged for additional tags.
- Children under the age of 16 must be under the supervision of an adult at all times while in the pool area or catch-and-release pond.
- Speed Limit – 5 MPH. No driving on campground premises between 11 pm and 7 am. Please watch for children and wildlife.
- Check-out is at 11 am. An extended check-out or early check-in costs $20.00. Early check-in is before 12:00 PM and late check–0ut is until 6:00 PM. Guests should check availability with the office.
- Golf carts may be used on the main roads only. The operator of the golf cart must be a licensed driver.
- Please do not walk or climb on stone retaining walls. They are for landscape purposes only.
- Our property is enclosed by wildlife fencing. Please be aware of the boundaries and stay within our property.
- No open fires are allowed in the RV Park. Small campfires only in the fire ring provided at sites. We reserve the right to restrict fires based on Forestry Service fire conditions. No cutting of trees or underbrush. We support the U.S. Forest Service initiative to protect our forests, trees, campgrounds, and recreational areas; therefore, you may not bring firewood to the property with you. Outside firewood is permitted if brought in from the immediate surrounding counties, including Rockingham, Shenandoah, and Page. Firewood that has been harvested from our property is available for sale at the lodge. Fires must be out by 11:00 PM.
- Pets are allowed on a leash only. Pets are never to be left unattended; left alone on a leash, in a tent, pet crate, or pen. Pets are not permitted in common areas and must be under the control of an adult at all times.
- ATVs, 4-wheel vehicles, motorcycles, cars, or any motorized vehicles are not allowed on the mountain. You may hike the trails on the property or ride mountain bikes. Hikers and bikers must be registered campground guests. Bikes are not to be operated after dark.
- To conserve water, do not wash vehicles at sites.
- Alcohol Consumption Policy: Responsible consumption permitted. Please refrain from using glass bottles or containers in community areas. Never leave alcohol unattended.
- Strictly prohibited: hunting, firearms, explosives (including firecrackers), loud or disorderly conduct, and foul language.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Do not leave trash out overnight.
