Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact Forms

When you submit a contact or booking inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and any message content. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to process your reservation. Form submissions may be processed through third-party platforms including Newbook.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

How Long We Retain Your Data

• Reservation and guest data is retained for a minimum of three years for business and legal compliance purposes.
• SMS opt-in records and consent data are retained for a minimum of four years in accordance with TCPA requirements.
• Analytics and advertising data is retained per the default settings of Google Analytics and Meta, subject to their respective data retention policies.
• Contact form submissions are retained until the inquiry is resolved, or longer if required for legal purposes.
• Comment metadata is retained indefinitely to allow recognition and approval of follow-up comments. Users with registered accounts may see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except username changes).

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Text Messaging (SMS) Policy

Endless Caverns RV Resort offers an SMS marketing program. By opting in via the checkbox on the website or booking checkout page, you consent to receive promotional text messages, including special offers, discounts, and property updates. You may receive SMS messages before, during, or after your stay.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
